I went vegan for 75 days, while the prior 593 days had been non-vegan. Going vegan was associated with a lower resting heart rate of about 2 bpm when compared to being non-vegan, t(20.57) = 6.84, p-value = 1.04e-06, 95% CI [1.57, 2.95].
